Return Policy is a true believer of customer satisfaction which is why we invest a lot of time in the research and selection process of our products to ensure our customers get what they most want quality products. And we know this plays a vital role for the customer to have the perfect shopping experience.
However, on occasion you may want to return products due to some unforeseeable issues which is why we have a 7 day refund policy in place. It is the customers’ right to have the product returned within 7 days and this period is subject to expire on the 7th day from the time the customer received the product.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns and will offer exchanges or refunds under the following circumstances:

• Material Flaws: If the base product itself has material flaws.

• Quality Issues: If the quality of the printing falls below reasonable expectations.

• Inaccurate Delivery: If the delivered product does not match the order specifications, including size, color type, or product type.

Initiating a Return

If you encounter any of the above issues with your order, please contact us within 1 week of receiving the product. Send an email to our customer support team at, including your order number, a clear description of the issue, and a digital image displaying the fault.
We will review the provided information and take the necessary action to either exchange or refund your product. In cases where a fault is confirmed, we may arrange a pickup at our expense.

Verification Process

If we cannot verify the fault through email communication, you may be required to ship the item back to us for further review (customer covers shipping costs). Upon verification, we will bear the shipping cost to send a new or exchanged product back to you. If no fault is found, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Non-Eligible Returns

Please note that we cannot accept returns or replacement requests under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect Order Details: If order information such as shipping address, contact number, or product details were incorrect when the order was placed.

• Customer's Decision: If the customer decides they no longer want the order and rejects the shipment.

• Items that may have been altered, customized, or damaged by the customer.


• Any refund requests made after the 7 day period from when the customer receives the order will not be accepted for any reason.

• Refunds will only be made to the same payment method the customer originally used to pay for the order.

• Once the refund has been made, we will send a refund confirmation to the customer to their preferred choice of contact after which the refund can take between 7 to 14 business days to be reflected on your account statement.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
