You may cancel your order on the Site, via email, provided that the order has not yet entered the 'Processing' status. Once an order is in the 'Processing' status, it cannot be canceled.
TimelineOrders may enter the 'Processing' status anytime between 2 to 4 hours after the initial order placement.
If you wish to cancel an order and it has been less than two hours since you placed it, please send an email to email@example.com with "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject. Our team will review the status of your order and process the cancellation, if feasible. If more than four hours have passed since you placed the order, we will assess the status of your order and determine if cancellation is still possible.
Upon successful cancellation of an order, you will receive confirmation via email, and any applicable refunds or adjustments will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that once an order enters the 'Processing' status, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. We encourage you to reach out to us within the time frame mentioned if you need to cancel an order to maximize the chances of a successful cancellation.
