Program Participation

Eligibility:

To join our Brand Ambassador Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old.

Application:

Prospective ambassadors must apply and be approved by Almighty.store. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

Marketing Use of Information:

By participating in our program, you grant Almighty.store the right to use your name, likeness, and content for marketing and promotional purposes related to our brand. This may include, but is not limited to, social media posts, website features, and promotional materials.

Content Review:

Content (including videos, images, and text) created by ambassadors for promotional purposes may be reviewed by Almighty.store. We reserve the right to remove any content that does not align with our brand values or violates UAE laws and regulations.

Incentives and Earnings

Earnings Calculation: Ambassadors will receive a unique code to share with their audience. We will track the number of sales generated using this code.

Earnings Transfer:

At the end of each month, Almighty.store will provide ambassadors with a statement detailing the number of sales generated using their special code. Ambassadors will receive 10% of the total order value for each sale attributed to their code.

Payment:

Earnings will be transferred to ambassadors' designated bank accounts at the end of the month.

Compliance with UAE Laws

Legal Compliance:

Ambassadors are expected to create content that complies with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Content that violates UAE laws may result in removal from the program.

Termination:

Almighty.store reserves the right to terminate an ambassador's participation in the program at any time for breach of program terms or for any reason deemed necessary.

Modification of Terms

Policy Updates:

Almighty.store may update these program terms at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes and are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
